Keeping Everything on Track
I split my time between meeting with business leaders as their fractional Chief Information Officer (vCIO) and mentoring the Seventh Wall team. Surprisingly, these two roles have a lot in common. Both start with deep listening and thoughtful questions. Getting clear on where someone wants to go, so I can help them get there. Whether it's strategic planning with a client or untangling a tough challenge with a teammate, I want to be a resource with clarity and care.
What He Loves About His Work
I love being around people. A great day for me is when I've been helpful to a client or kind to someone on our team. That's when I go home feeling like I did something meaningful.
Why Seventh Wall
Getting to enjoy your job shouldn't be a hope or a dream, it should be the baseline. And 90% of that comes down to the people you work with. I don't want to work anywhere else. I'm so glad I hired such smart, thoughtful, and wildly eclectic people!

When He's Not Managing Projects
Traveling with my family and enjoying board sports is just good for my soul. Skateboarding, kiteboarding, snowboarding, whatever! Also, I love planning fun, out-of-the-box experiences with other CEOs like escape rooms, observatory nights, dinner parties, mixology classes, or anything else that brings thoughtful people together to connect and laugh! I love to laugh.
