What Damian Does at Seventh Wall
As the Operations Director of Seventh Wall, I design and maintain the internal systems that keep our company secure, efficient, and scalable. I lead the development of our technical infrastructure from cybersecurity protocols to process automation, and I’m often the one tackling the most complex technical problems when others hit a wall.
While I still support some client projects, my focus is shifting more toward improving our internal tools, workflows, and processes. My job is to build the behind-the-scenes framework that empowers the team to deliver exceptional service. If something isn’t working or feels inefficient, I’m already thinking about how to fix it.

Outside of tech, I’m a family-first person. My wife and kids mean everything to me, and that’s part of what motivates me to do meaningful work. I value calm, reliability, and purpose. While I might come off quiet, I do have a sharp sense of humor once you get to know me.
