What He Does at Seventh Wall
As an Information Technology Intern, I help ensure that company machines, systems, and servers remain secure, up to date, and running smoothly. I monitor issues, document and track them through RMM and ConnectWise tickets to minimize downtime for both the team and our clients.
What He Loves About His Work
I love solving problems and knowing that even small fixes can have a big impact. Whether it’s streamlining a process or resolving daily tickets, it’s rewarding to see how technology can improve efficiency. I enjoy learning new tools and programming languages and applying that knowledge in real-world scenarios.
